About Farrah & Cindy Welu

Being raised in a household that lived and breathed Real Estate, the switch into the housing industry alongside my mother came naturally to me. I enjoy staying on top of industry changes as well as finding new and improved ways to help people reach their buying and selling goals. I graduated from Iowa State with a degree in Hospitality & Event Management - I work hard to make sure my client's experience always comes first! I am proud to be a Certified Real Estate Negotiator, and I continue to find new certifications and classes I can take to maintain the highest level of knowledge and service. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traversing the great outdoors, trying new foods, immersing myself in a good book, and spending time with my husband, daughter, and pets.
